Webeffect - technology producer, contributes to the Status of Sustainability in Portugal, and the project TheBlueGuide.com now one of the selected projects at Green Project Awards 09.

After announcing the project at Portugal Tecnológico trade show in November 2008, and being invited to the Internet World 2009, between 28 and 30 April 2009, to give continuity to our efforts of internationalization of TheBlueGuide, with patent-pending.

TheBlueGuide goals

• The aim is to qualify and integrate the various actors of the city, cultural, sports, tourism and trade.
  
• Involving citizens with their community by giving them updated information on all events in your area free of charge and a mobile digital media.
• Implement an innovative project worldwide, high-technology innovation but with great simplicity of operation and maintenance.
• Confirming the cities of Portugal and the country in the world as a pole of competitiveness and innovation
• Create synergies between the various entities involved in a cultural nature and tourism.
• The aim is to make this project available to all regions / cities in the country and arround the world interested in replicating the implementation of the project, with reduced costs, there are already many municipalities interested and on negotiation process.The City of lisbon will be available on your mobile phone soon, as the first city in the world on your mobile phone.
